What we collect and why

When you buy: your name, email, shipping address and country, to process, ship and follow up on your order. We can't complete it without them.
When you pay: card payments are handled by a payment provider, and we never see or store card details; with a bank transfer or mobile payment, we receive the receipt with the payer's name and account or phone number, to confirm the payment.
When you write to us, by email or on social media: what you send, so we can reply.
In contests: your name or nickname and your results, which are published on the contest's page.
When you browse: aggregated visit statistics, which don't identify you and use no cookies, and technical security logs from our hosting and network services.

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

We only use the cookies the site needs to work.

Only with the services we need to run the shop, each for its own job; we can provide a list of these services on request.

Some of these services process data outside Costa Rica, for example in the United States.

Order data, for up to 5 years. Contest results, while the contest's page is published.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected].

If you're under 18, please ask a responsible adult to make the purchase or to help you with it.

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top.
