DvlPxl is a fingerboard brand from San José, Costa Rica. Contact: [email protected].

Using the site

You can use this site to find out about our products, browse the shape guide, use the template builder and buy. You may not use it for illegal activity, try to access restricted areas, or copy its content in bulk.

Products and prices

Prices are in colones and US dollars, and show the product's total cost, not including shipping and handling. Photos are for reference: every deck is handmade and may differ a little in grain and colour. We may correct obvious price or stock errors; if that affects your order, we'll let you know and you can cancel it for a full refund.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once we receive payment. You can pay with PayPal, SINPE Móvil or bank transfer. Card payments are processed by PayPal; we don't store card details. We may cancel an order over suspected fraud or lack of stock, with a full refund.

Pre-orders and drops

Pre-order items show an estimated delivery time. If it slips by more than 2 weeks, we'll let you know and you can cancel for a full refund.

Shipping, returns and warranty

These are covered by our Shipping and returns policy, which is part of these terms.

Templates, builder and content

Designs, photos, text, templates and molds belong to DvlPxl. Templates you download from the builder are for personal use; if you want to sell them or produce them commercially, write to us. The templates, the builder and the shape guide are provided as they are, for reference: check the measurements before cutting or pressing. We're not responsible for material, tools or any damage resulting from their use.

Contests

If you enter a contest run or published by DvlPxl, you agree that we may publish your name or nickname, your results, and photos or videos of the event. If you'd like your name removed, write to us.

Liability

Fingerboards and obstacles have small parts: they're not suitable for children under 5. We're not responsible for damage caused by misusing the products.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its date.
